Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone using the WebRevive website or engaging WebRevive for web design services.
The service
WebRevive builds and hosts brochure websites for businesses. The service includes a website build and optional ongoing hosting. We do not build booking systems, e-commerce stores, or payment integrations.
Demos
We build a free demo before any payment is required. The demo is hosted on a temporary URL on the webrevive.org domain and is removed after 60 days if no project proceeds.
Payment
Payment is required before the site goes live on the client's domain. There is a $1,000 one-time setup fee and $100 per year after that for hosting and support. If payment is not received the site is taken offline. The client retains ownership of their files at all times and may take them to any hosting provider.

Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content, images, or materials they provide. WebRevive is not liable for copyright issues arising from client-supplied materials.
Limitation of liability
WebRevive is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from website downtime or technical issues. We make reasonable efforts to keep hosted sites live and maintained.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
